Within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product you can:

• replace the unsuitable product with another;
• recover the money paid for the product after you send the defective product back to us.

Returned goods must meet the following criteria:

• the product may not be worn, otherwise used or lost its commercial appearance;
• returned goods must have original labels.
